Live Workshop Dates January - February

ResilienceÂ
Zoe Thompson who ran the excellent session on Boosting Confidence and Conquering Imposter Syndrome, is back with a new session on Resilience.
The next session will be held on Wednesday 4th March 2.00pm.
Incase you missed her last session, she kindly let us record it, and created a workbook to go with the session, they are available on the site
Celebrations
50 staff have completed the First Aid for Mental Health Level 2 qualification since December 2025 with Rob from Lads and Dads, and 18 of those have upgraded to Level 3.
Thank you for attending the sessions and your certificates are on the way. Â If you are interested in taking the course next year, there will be more opportunities available.

In Wales you can consider a Personal Learning account via your local colleges. if you earn less than £34K you are eligible for all schemes and there is no earnings limit for Green or Digital Skills. have a look at Career Wales website here
