POA Learning December Newsletter
November was a great month, We hosted an excellent session from Zoe Thompson looking at how to boost your confidence and conquer Imposter Syndrome - 38 colleagues attended live and gave encouraging feedback, Zoe kindly allowed us to record the session for anyone who missed it, and provided a workbook to go with the course.
I was invited to attend the Women in the Workplace annual workshop, this was a really enjoyable and informative couple of days with POA members from across the Prison estate looking at the challenges and opportunities for women and how the workplace can be improved for all - I would definitely recommend attending next year if you can.
 Looking forward in this December edition;
- Live workshops to book
- Boost your confidence and overcome Imposter syndrome resources for anyone who missed the live event
