After a busy December with learning events across Wales, I have enjoyed a much needed break. Â I hope you have had a chance to see loved ones over the Festive season, Â or you are keeping your leave for an exciting break.
Big shout out to NAPO WULF project who are going to fund some of the popular trainings for Mental Health First Aid, ADHD awareness and Understanding Dyslexia – if you think one of your colleagues would be interested in the training – please share the details of the newsletter.

Success Profile Training
Thinking about applying for a new role, a different challenge or have an interview coming up in Jan / Feb? I am going to run 2 workshops to help demystify the process, get you started with Applications and Ready for an Interview.

I am going to do an introduction to Success Profiles and Getting Started with your Application on 15th January 10-12
And follow it up with a session a few weeks later to adapt your application in readiness for interviews.

Zoe Thompson who ran the excellent session on Boosting Confidence and Conquering Imposter Syndrome, is back with a new session on Resilience.
The next session will be held on Wednesday 4th March 2.00pm.
Incase you missed her last session, she kindly let us record it, and created a workbook to go with the session, they are available on the site

 Duolingo - a gaming app to give you daily practice of reading, speaking and listening to Welsh - download in the App store or Google play store to download. (it is free if you take the ad version)
There is funding available from Welsh Government to Learn Welsh for 18-25 year old. If you are over 25 and would like to progress in your Welsh - contact Liz for funding.
